Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages while maintaining quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Operate POS systems accurately and manage cash transactions
- Maintain clean and organized workspace including equipment and service areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee and supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Learn and promote seasonal menu items and coffee education
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista or customer service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customers
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
