Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment, stations, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while upselling café products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations during peak hours
- Train new hires on beverage recipes and brand standards
- Source and present local pastries and food items with enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation preferred
- Proficiency with espresso machines, grinders, and brewing methods
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with poise
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning
- Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain
