Responsibilities
- Set up and operate event equipment including staging, lighting, and audiovisual systems
- Manage guest registration and credential verification using provided digital tools
- Direct attendees and VIPs through crowd control barriers and directional signage
- Monitor equipment functionality and report technical issues promptly
- Assist with post-event breakdown and equipment inventory management
- Maintain professional appearance with company-provided branded uniforms
- Collaborate with venue staff to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills with clear public speaking ability
- Basic technical aptitude for operating provided equipment
- Reliable transportation to various event locations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
