Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, guest management, and breakdown procedures per venue protocols
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Manage crowd control and safety protocols during high-traffic events
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations
- Monitor event spaces and report maintenance or safety concerns immediately
- Assist with registration, ticket scanning, and VIP guest coordination
- Maintain professional appearance and brand compliance at all times
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and flexible availability (evenings/weekends)
- Previous event/concert/hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass basic background check
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
- Basic first aid certification a plus
