Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at concerts, festivals, and private events
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols
- Assist with event setup, registration, and guest check-in
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
- Collaborate with venue staff and event coordinators seamlessly
- Maintain a professional appearance and brand ambassadorship
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Support post-event breakdown and cleanup operations
Qualifications
- Must be available to start within 48 hours of application
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event industry practices preferred
