Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Operate POS systems efficiently, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Uphold stringent cleanliness standards across all equipment, workstations, and customer areas
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours and special events

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high-volume service demands
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and passion for creating memorable customer experiences
- Basic knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Strong attention to detail in beverage preparation and presentation
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
