Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium espresso beverages, pour-overs, and specialty coffee drinks
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge recommendations
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Manage cash register, process payments, and handle daily transactions
- Stock and organize café supplies, maintain clean workstations and customer areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to health/safety standards and food handling protocols
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso extraction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and passion for quality customer experiences
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Must be 18+ with ability to stand for extended periods
