Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks including espresso, lattes, and cold brew
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Assist with inventory management and product restocking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in ongoing training to refine coffee techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista or customer service experience
- Deep passion for coffee and willingness to learn advanced brewing techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
