Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using our top-tier espresso machines and grinders
- Engage customers with warm service, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash/transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of coffee/supplies
- Participate in ongoing training to master new brewing techniques and seasonal offerings
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Reliable with consistent punctuality and attendance
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn specialty techniques
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be available for weekends and early morning shifts
