Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso drinks with precision and creativity
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of stations, equipment, and seating areas
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk steaming
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for coffee culture
- Must be 18+ years old
