Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and pour-overs
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate coffee machinery and follow recipes consistently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
