Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all coffee stations and service areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and inventory management
- Engage with customers to build relationships and promote loyalty programs
- Assist in training new baristas and maintaining quality consistency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
