Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and signature techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of the barista station and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process cash/credit transactions
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies and merchandise
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and health department regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso machine mastery
- Extensive knowledge of coffee brewing methods, origins, and flavor profiles
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during high-traffic periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
