Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos) with precision and creativity
- Engage customers with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations and equipment
- Support inventory management and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless service during peak hours
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and passion for coffee quality
