Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using precise techniques and premium ingredients
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of all coffee stations and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently with accurate cash handling and order management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and suggest product improvements
- Participate in ongoing training to refine coffee craftsmanship and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience in a high-volume setting
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean varieties, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for creating customer connections
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Food Handler certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
