Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties
- Deliver personalized customer service with product knowledge
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of equipment and service areas
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and inventory management
- Develop seasonal beverage menus and training materials
- Participate in community events and cafe promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Advanced knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
