Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and artisanal techniques
- Engage warmly with customers, providing personalized recommendations and building rapport

- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while upselling seasonal promotions

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience in a high-volume setting
- Expert knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brewing methods
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
