Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using espresso machines, pour-over methods, and batch brewing
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Manage cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Participate in ongoing training for new brewing techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of espresso extraction, latte art, and brewing methods
- Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory tasks
