- Execute check-in/check-out procedures during evening hours
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel amenities and local events
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera a plus)
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (for va duties)
