Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks while maintaining quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Manage POS transactions and handle cash/credit payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations and common areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening hours
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
