Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of the barista station and café premises
- Manage inventory, stock supplies, and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and efficient workflow
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly
- Participate in ongoing product training to expand coffee knowledge and skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of espresso preparation, brewing methods, and coffee origins
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
