Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) following brand standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine café cleanliness and hygiene across all stations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Support inventory management and restock premium coffee/supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in monthly coffee-tasting and skill-building sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience with espresso certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles
- Outstanding communication skills and genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for inventory and cash handling
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
- Must be 18+ with valid food handler certification
