Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and service areas
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Participate in ongoing coffee education and menu innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional coffee preparation experience
- Deep knowledge of espresso brewing methods and milk steaming techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in beverage quality
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Food Handler's certification preferred
