Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of the café, including espresso machines and service areas
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflows during peak hours and special events
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash and digital payments accurately
- Contribute to inventory management and assist with product sourcing when needed
- Participate in ongoing training to refine brewing skills and expand coffee knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in professional coffee preparation or hospitality
- Deep passion for coffee with knowledge of brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to connect with diverse clientele
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays as required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
