Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of all coffee equipment, stations, and seating areas
- Manage inventory and restock supplies while adhering to food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments accurately through POS systems while handling cash transactions
- Contribute to a positive work culture through teamwork and proactive problem-solving
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean origins, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
