Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and order accuracy
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of espresso machines, grinders, and service areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell bakery items and seasonal promotions to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience required
- Proficiency in espresso extraction and milk steaming techniques
- Strong multitasking ability in high-volume environments
- Basic knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification preferred
