Responsibilities
- Provide client advocacy and resource navigation for vulnerable populations
- Conduct weekend outreach programs in local neighborhoods and community centers

- Maintain accurate records of community interactions and service delivery
- Participate in bi-weekly team meetings for case collaboration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in social services, counseling, or community outreach
- Spanish fluency required (bilingual proficiency)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
