Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle count procedures
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Team player with excellent communication skills
