Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and credentialing at event entrances
- Manage crowd flow and maintain safety protocols during high-traffic periods
- Operate AV equipment and support venue setup/teardown processes
- Deliver exceptional customer service to attendees and VIP guests
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for operational efficiency
- Enforce venue policies and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Document incident reports and maintain event security standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation to Jersey City venues
- Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety and emergency procedures
