Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and tear down event spaces according to venue requirements
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, information assistance, and crowd management
- Operate event equipment (AV, lighting, registration systems) with minimal supervision
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during all events
- Collaborate with team leads and vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Report operational issues and maintain accurate event documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with reliable transportation
- Previous event/conference staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event technology (registration systems, AV)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude under pressure
