Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and assist with attendee registration/check-in processes
- Manage event setup/breakdown including seating, decorations, and equipment
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless event execution
- Handle ticket scanning, crowd control, and directional guidance
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex problems
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid photo ID
- Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying conditions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event technology (ticket scanners, PA systems)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must pass background check and drug screening
