Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and state-of-the-art equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all coffee stations and customer areas
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and inventory management
- Contribute to a positive work culture through teamwork and proactive problem-solving
- Participate in ongoing product training and seasonal menu promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn specialty brewing techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be 18+ years old
