Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Process orders accurately using POS systems while handling cash transactions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety protocols and health department regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
