Responsibilities
- Brewing and serving high-quality espresso and coffee beverages according to strict company recipes.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operating POS systems and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting with food preparation and plating to ensure a complete customer experience.
- Managing inventory levels and restocking supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborating with the team to create a positive and energetic work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift boxes of supplies.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality coffee and customer satisfaction.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
