Responsibilities
- Brew and serve high-quality espresso beverages and food items according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace at all times, including espresso machines and dining areas.
- Operate cash registers and handle payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and cleaning duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and friendly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow.
