Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages while maintaining impeccable presentation
- Engage customers with warm, knowledgeable service and upsell premium products
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems with precision
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee, pastries, and supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee shop or customer service experience
- Proficient in espresso extraction and latte art techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team synergy
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
