Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, personalize orders, and build lasting relationships
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and seating areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Source and stock premium coffee beans and fresh ingredients

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product offerings
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and genuine hospitality mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory
