Responsibilities
- Provide premium guest services at luxury venues, conferences, and private galas
- Execute seamless crowd management and VIP protocol adherence
- Coordinate with venue teams for flawless event execution
- Handle premium beverage service and upscale catering operations
- Manage registration and credential verification for high-profile attendees
- Operate specialized event technology systems (check-in, lighting, AV)
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- 2+ years high-end hospitality or premium event experience
- Valid TABC certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal demeanor
- Basic knowledge of event technology and POS systems
- Reliable transportation to Lexington venues
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
