Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, counters, and service areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee service or hospitality experience
- Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to master advanced techniques
- Strong multitasking abilities during peak hours
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
