Responsibilities
- Event Setup & Teardown: Assist in the efficient arrangement of event spaces, including furniture, signage, and audio-visual equipment before and after events.
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests, answer inquiries, and provide a high level of customer service to ensure a positive attendee experience.
- Crowd Management: Monitor entry points, manage lines, and ensure a safe and orderly flow of traffic within the venue.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with third-party vendors and internal staff to ensure operational requirements are met promptly.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company's professional image and brand standards at all times.
- General Support: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Event Manager to ensure smooth event operations.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to various locations in Fresno.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is a plus but not required.
- Valid ID is required upon hiring.
