Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver warm, personalized customer service with genuine enthusiasm
- Maintain spotless workspace and equipment hygiene standards
- Manage cash transactions and POS operations with accuracy
- Collaborate with team during peak hours for seamless service
- Rotate between espresso bar, pastry display, and customer stations
- Participate in monthly coffee training and seasonal menu launches
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee service or customer experience preferred
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours and lift 30 lbs regularly
- Passion for coffee culture and willingness to master new techniques
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish a plus
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
