Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional guest services including ticket scanning, crowd control, and information assistance
- Operate event equipment (AV systems, registration kiosks, etc.) with proper training
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during live events
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
- Report venue issues and maintain cleanliness throughout shift duration
- Adapt quickly to changing event conditions and client requests
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous event/hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions
- Professional appearance and positive attitude under pressure
- Willingness to complete paid on-site training programs
