Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces per venue specifications
- Manage guest flow, ticket scanning, and access control
- Assist with vendor coordination and emergency protocols
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve inquiries
- Monitor crowd safety and report issues to supervisors
- Operate AV equipment and signage systems when needed
- Maintain clean event areas throughout shifts
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic event experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to Fresno venues
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
