Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Prepare and serve meals with attention to presentation and timing
- Manage payment transactions and maintain cash handling accuracy
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a friendly demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Availability for flexible evening shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's certification (or obtain within 30 days)
