- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat during evening peak hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Process orders and update customer account information with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable computer skills, including typing proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
