Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments with precision and efficiency
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planogram standards
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all storage areas
- Collaborate with overnight teams to ensure smooth operational transitions
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and adherence to FIFO principles
- Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM with consistent availability
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stock rotation
- Attention to detail in maintaining organized, visually appealing displays
- Reliable transportation to early-morning shift locations
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for early-hour responsibilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with overnight teams
