Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace and equipment.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and coffee brewing standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or fast-paced food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- A genuine passion for coffee and customer satisfaction.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
