Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized beverage recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of café stations and equipment
- Operate POS systems accurately and process cash/transactions
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Participate in sensory training and product knowledge workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in specialty coffee preparation
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends (flexible scheduling)
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
