Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks per brand standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Maintain pristine cleanliness across all service areas and equipment
- Support inventory management and restock supplies proactively
- Collaborate with team during peak hours while maintaining quality standards
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product origins
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
