Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at high-profile events in Santa Ana and surrounding areas
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with VIP guest check-in and premium seating coordination
- Operate event technology including ticket scanners and point-of-sale systems
- Support setup/teardown operations and equipment management
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with venue management and security teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or event hospitality
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic knowledge of event safety procedures
- Experience with ticketing systems a plus
